Delaware legalizes Medical Marijuana – NJNews
Earlier today, Delaware Governor Jack Markell signed a bill making Delaware the 16th American state to legalize medical marijuana. The bill allows state residents of 18 years or older to posses up to six ounces of the nuggy, given they have a certain serious or debilitating condition. First Delaware legalizes civil unions for same sex couples earlier this week, now they legalize the cheeba? They’re a far cry from California, but Delaware just stepped their game up big time. Don’t forget, they already have that whole no sales tax thing too. Delaware better get building some high rise, low income housing areas because a whole bunch of stoners just looked into relocation options.
