Just be warned, Earth Crisis are not for the faint of heart. These guys are a leftover/reunited band from the straight edge and hardcore days that are still making music, but with more of a metal sound in their current releases. “Raise” is the first track off their Neutralize The Threat LP that will be released later this year. This is a minute and twenty-five seconds of straight chaos, just like you remember Earth Crisis. Short and blisteringly painful. In unexpected news, Earth Crisis has recruited the now-defunct Fall Out Boy member Andy Hurley as their touring drummer. Didn’t see that one coming, did you?
