Sergeant Dougherty of the 8th District doesn’t understand Philly gun laws and he shows his “perpetrator” some hospitality; a whole bunch of F bombs and the cement shuffle. The subject tested the Open Carry gun law and recorded the police reaction. Dude was asking for it walking down Frankford Ave with a piece on his hip. Great audio from the incident. You can hear the police in the background making phone calls to see whether Open Carry is legal. Love how when cops find out they’re wrong the automatically counter with other charges they can manufacture.
