MTV’s “120 Minutes” returning soon – NJNews

The long dead MTV video program dedicated to alternative and indie rock, 120 Minutes, will return to their program schedule on July 30th at 1:00am. I was a huge fan of this back in the day, exposing me some of the best in alternative music at the time, having bands host and perform in the studio regularly. I was under the impression that MTV’s Subterranean had replaced 120 Minutes, but apparently not, as both are included on their current lineup. Former host Matt Pinfield will return. Pinfield once had me removed from a Coheed And Cambria concert in NYC for rubbing his shiny bald head. I was drunk as hell, so likely would have got tossed for something else anyway, but I continue to hold a grudge against you, Pinfield. Still psyched for the show’s return.

I didn’t remove you for that…. I had you removed because everytime I went to the bathroom you would follow and stand in the urinal next to me. Once is ok. Twice is a coiencidence. Five times is a plan. All I remember is you kept rambling on about how cool I was and how you wish you had the balls to shave your head like mine… Straight weirdo. I’m just trying to pee fam.

To quote the lyrical genius cam’Ron…… ” you mad???” Don’t hate on me cause u didn’t have shit to do on Saturday.nights but watch MY show. That’s for helping pay my salary tool.

  3. Don’t get too excited, I’m sure this current incarnation will be a reality-based look at the behind the scenes drama of a video music show.

“Matt Pinfield” will played by some soon-to-be pin-up boy heart-throb and will feature a hetero-homo-beastialty love triangle.

Be sure to tune in to see the drama unfold as Matt and Tariq unravel in anticipation of the birth of Kiki the pregnant poodle’s litter… and the paternity test that will rock the world!

Skull can I borrow your Michael Jackson jacket for my shows debut?

  5. Does that mean that it will no longer be on vh1Classics?
