New Jawn

Philadelphia is, without a doubt, currently the center of the sports world. It began with the Flyers revamping the entire core of their organization by going for a younger, faster team, which I am in favor of. While the football strike was being worked out, the Phillies have been trucking along since day one of this season. The upgrade of stellar slugger Pence has led the Phils to win 8 of their last 9 games and will certainly improve our hunt for another championship. Finally, with the lockout over, the Eagles wasted no time in spending a shit ton of money to acquire some of the best free agents on the market, including Nnamdi Asomugha, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, and Cullen Jenkins. My only concern is  whether the numerous personalities will clash… Only time will tell how many championships we will celebrate on Broad Street.
