Dead Confederate – Heavy Petting (MP3, Video)
As POPPED! Music Festival quickly approaches, I’m trying to get up on some of the different acts performing during the two day event down at FDR Park. Dead Confederate is not one of the performers I need to brush up on or check out. I’ve been a fan of these guys since the first time I heard frontman Hardy Morris scream the opening lines to “Heavy Petting”. Rumor has it DC will be performing a Neil Young cover set at POPPPED, but I am hoping that is mixed in with some original material. Either way, they’ll be an early start on Friday, so get there when gates open.
