IN THEATERS: Tucker And Dale vs. Evil

Hillbilly white trash humor mixed with rad death scenes and gore? Sign me up. Tucker And Dale vs. Evil got great reviews and feedback at the festivals where it screened previously, including SXSW and Sundance. The comedy-horror flick opens today at the Ritz Bourse and probably won’t be around for too long. I believe it’s available on Comcast On-Demand today as well, but don’t quote me on that. Drawing comparisons to the cult favorites Evil Dead and Shaun Of The Dead, Tucker And Dale is the story of two friends mistaken for murdering hillbillies by a group of college teens on vacation. From the trailer, you can see plenty of blood and gnarly deaths which always make for a good time. This is the first feature full length for director Eli Craig and stars a couple of familiar faces from various small roles and television series with Tyler Labine and Alan Tudyk as the title characters. Definitely want to check this one out.
