Les Savy Fav footage from 9:30 Club (Video)
Les Savy Fav did what they do best last night, put on a fucking show. From the second they took the stage, it was nothing but wild antics and great music. Tim Harrington was lost in the crowd for a good portion of the performance, but the band didn’t miss a lick up on stage. I got to catch the tail end of Trans Am and think they could be decent if they eased up on the robot ears requirement that comes with their vocals. LSF played a bunch of classics and plenty of their recent material off Root For Ruin, which I was happy about since I haven’t gotten to see them live since it’s release. You can check out footage of “High And Unhinged” below and another track over here. All in all, the D.C. trip was great. Kinda glad I wasn’t in Philly to experience the disappointment of last night firsthand. Although I did find a Phillies bar in Washington that was pretty sweet.
