Daniel And The Lion cover Bon Iver (Video)
I’ve never heard of Daniel And The Lion, but the folky-duo from Wisconsin made the right choice of posting this video of them covering “Holocene” off the self-titled album from Bon Iver. Given the material and how amazing Justin Vernon’s high pitch voice can be, it’s a ballsy move to cover any of Bon Iver’s songs. I was blown away but this impromtu rendition of “Holocene”, recorded outside of a venue after a DATL show. I’ll definitely check out more from these guys. Holy shit, this is good.
