The Decemberists – One Engine (Cloud)
The Decemberists didn’t manage to walk away with any awards last night, but the folk-indie rockers are becoming a consistently recognized band by critics and award shows. This latest track will be included on the soundtrack for the upcoming sci-fi drama flick The Hunger Games. While the movie stars Jennifer Lawrence, a definite contender for a future NJOTW, the soundtrack seems to be just as buzzed about as the film. Along with The Decemberists, it will feature music from Arcade Fire, Kid Cudi, Taylor Swift, Neko Case, and Glen Hansard. Stream “One Engine” now and hopefully an MP3 will surface shortly.
