Shiny Toy Guns – Somewhere To Hide (Cloud, MP3)
Shiny Toy Guns are about to release their third album, uncreatively titled III. They have their original lineup back in tact and had put out a lead single “Waiting Alone” with a fittingly lackluster video. I’ve beena fan of the their past albums, so maybe these new tracks will grow on me. Here’s a leak from III called “Somewhere To Hide”. Shiny Toy Guns will be at the North Star Bar next Saturday. I wouldn’t anticipate too large of a crowd since that is the night most people will be celebrating Halloween.
