Of course I have no idea how to pronounce the name of this track, but it’s the latest video supporting the new Sigur Ros album. I had no idea these guys pumped out music videos like they have for Valtari. Word is their show at the Mann was some glorious shit. Even if the new Skyline stage was a disappointment, these Icelandic-natives made it a night to remember… well two nights.
Since I know I will not be purchasing this, I figured why not at least check it out on download. Sigur Ros released Valtari today, their first album in four years. They’re doing a huge North American tour in support of their latest effort, but hopefully will perform old material for their die-hards to enjoy. Give Valtari a listen and if you’re a true fan, go buy a legit copy. Support the Iceland music scene… if that’s a thing.
